About Pat
Pat is an education industry expert having spent almost 40 years in public teaching, principal, and superintendent roles. A champion of continuous improvement, she has extensive training in tools and processes that help transform outcomes for students, staff, and school systems. As a current faculty member of the AASA National Superintendent Certification Program®, Pat serves alongside other nationally recognized leaders, and current and former superintendents as the lead educators, content experts, and mentors to deliver the comprehensive leadership development superintendent leaders need.
A first-generation college graduate, Pat is passionate about building leadership and strength at every level of the educational organization.
Before joining Studer Education, Pat was the superintendent of Wisconsin’s School District of Menomonee Falls, where she was responsible for growing teacher and leadership capacity, improving student performance from at-risk to top decile, and creating an environment that was named a top workplace for six consecutive years. results valued by the communities she served. Pat has received numerous recognition for her leadership, including the Carnegie Foundation Spotlight Organizations Award, Wisconsin Superintendent of the Year from the School Superintendents Association, and the Wisconsin Policy Forum’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
