Student Awareness Scan

The purpose of this assessment is to gain awareness of student well-being, behavior, and the degree to which schools are establishing conditions for expressions of positive social, emotional, and physical indicators. The assessment asks employees to rate each student awareness item using a Likert scale. Items with the lowest scores will be used to inform team action planning.
