In Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, the school district’s education leaders support and lead with fidelity. These leaders interact with the employees they lead and serve, and execute tactics associated with continuous improvement. This week the school district earned recognition as a “top work place” from Milwaukee’s Journal Sentinel.
District and school leaders, teachers, and district employees continue to be challenged to look for solutions that will help them provide every child with an opportunity to earn an excellent education. This means as leaders we must do everything we can, every day, to show our colleagues they are valued. Thank you, School District of Menomonee Falls, for being an example we can follow.
