At the heart of every schoolwork meltdown are anxiety and frustration. No matter how even-keeled your child might be, you are bound to experience a meltdown at some point in their school career. School can be mentally and emotionally draining for many children. Whether in a building or attending remotely, learning requires a lot of energy and can make children self-conscious for hours at a time.
