The 90-Day Leadership Engagement Program is an 8-session virtual Studer Education coaching program grounded in the 9 Pillars of Leadership Excellence and powered by the K12 Rounding platform.
Designed for K-12 leaders, the program helps organizations strengthen trust, improve communication, increase employee engagement, and build stronger accountability systems by adopting and implementing Studer Education’s Leader Rounding framework. Through intentional leadership conversations and practical implementation support, leaders learn how to surface opportunities for improvement, reinforce recognition, strengthen culture, and turn employee feedback into meaningful organizational action.
What's Included
The 90-Day Leadership Engagement Program is a structured virtual leadership engagement designed to help K-12 organizations implement and sustain effective leadership engagement practices through coaching, implementation support, leadership resources, and access to the K12 Rounding platform.
The program purchase includes:
- Coaching Services – Eight (8) virtual leadership coaching sessions for up to three (3) participants per session. Each session is approximately 45 minutes in length and is delivered by a Studer Education coach assigned by Studer Education.
- K12 Rounding Platform Access – A limited license to access and use Studer Education’s K12 Rounding software platform, including three (3) named user seats, for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Studer Online Access – A limited license to access and use the Studer Online learning platform, including three (3) named user seats, for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- K12 Rounding Onboarding – Onboarding, setup, and implementation support for the K12 Rounding platform, embedded within the eight (8) coaching sessions, not to exceed three (3) hours in aggregate.
- 9 Pillars Desk Reference Guides – Three (3) copies of the 9 Pillars of Leadership Excellence Desk Reference Guide.
- Structured 90 Day Implementation Plan – A guided implementation framework designed to help participating leaders install and sustain leadership engagement practices, complete key between-session actions, and progress through one full leadership rounding cycle during the program term.
The program is designed for participation by up to 3 leaders from the same organization. Coaching sessions are conducted virtually and are attended concurrently by participating leaders as part of a shared implementation experience. Separate make-up sessions or individualized coaching sessions outside of the scheduled engagement are not included.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The 90-Day Leadership Engagement Program walks leaders through one complete Leader Rounding engagement cycle — from planning rounding conversations, to capturing employee feedback, identifying themes, communicating key learnings, and building improvement plans.
Over eight structured sessions, leaders learn how to:
- Conduct meaningful leadership conversations
- Strengthen employee recognition and visibility
- Capture and organize feedback consistently
- Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Build stronger communication loops across teams
