At times, it’s important to allow people to capture their own thoughts as well as others’ creative thinking. One way to do this is to ask people to write down and say three ideas on a sticky note for solving the problem and then pass the note to the next person. Each person looks at the others’ ideas and adds their thoughts. This continues through several iterations. The final information is posted and then analyzed.
