Brainstorming includes both individual and group brainstorming to address a problem or opportunity. Once ideas are recorded, the participants complete a ranking process, using number rankings and/or dots, to determine which solution the group thinks is most viable. We encourage leaders to apply brainstorming when rolling out survey results or any other results that indicate areas where improvements can be made.
