The purpose of this audit is to determine strengths and opportunities of existing organizational policies, procedures, and infrastructure in supporting cultures of care. The audit is intended to identify any gaps in the supports needed to achieve a culture of care. To complete the audit, indicate whether the cultural support element is in place in the organization (Yes/No) and the level of consistency with which the cultural support element is practiced throughout the organization (High/Medium/Low). Leaders are encouraged to discuss elements that are not in place and those practiced with medium to low consistency.
