At the Wisconsin State Education Convention we loved seeing our Wisconsin partner districts leading the way and sharing their experiences applying the Evidence-Based Leadership framework.
Highlighted in the video below are two leaders in school district operations, Jeremiah Johnson, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, Muskego-Norway School District, and John Stangler, Director of Buildings and Grounds, Pewaukee School Distric). They share some benefits – for them as leaders, for their departments, and for their school district – through their engagement in the Studer Education Collaborative.
The cool thing for us is to not only hear about these benefits, but to see them in practice when we visit partner school districts. Why? Because at Studer Education we are all educators (too). Our focus is to partner with leaders across the district in schools and departments to apply a continuous systems improvement framework to move districts from “good to great,” and while doing so achieve and sustain exceptional educational, operational, and financial outcomes.
