With more than 15 years of educational experience as a leader and teacher, Casey coaches educational leaders to attain organizational excellence and achieve their goals through alignment and strategic execution.

Charlotte is a leader coach with industry experience in K-12 and University settings. She brings decades of experience in continuous improvement, organizational efficiency, instructional enhancement, and student growth.

Deanna is the Senior Director of Coaching and former Kentucky Superintendent. Deanna works with partner districts and organizations with strategic planning, continuous improvement, development of leadership capacity, and building positive cultures to recruit and retain employees.

Pam Northrup, Ph.D., is a senior director and higher education leader coach for Studer Education. Pam also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Louisiana Board of Regents in Academic Affairs and Innovation.

Scott Hayes joined Studer Education after retiring as Superintendent of the Union R-XI School District in Missouri. His expertise in change management and leadership development has allowed him to cultivate and mentor leaders, empowering them to coach their teams to excel within their organizations.

Sergio Mendoza boasts more than 35 years of educational experience. As a passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Sergio believes in creating school cultures that actively involve the community in enhancing student learning.
