About This Event
This regional workshop brings leaders and teams together for a collaborative, hands-on learning experience facilitated by Studer Education Leader Coaches. Day one blends brief periods of focused instruction with extensive peer dialogue, teamwork time, and real-world application, including a series of highly interactive mini-masterclasses designed to encourage discussion, reflection, and shared problem-solving with peers facing similar challenges. Leaders will learn alongside colleagues from across the region while exploring how daily leadership behaviors shape culture, performance, and outcomes.
Day two takes learning into the field through school and classroom visits at Oxford School District, giving participants a firsthand look at leader routines in action and the thinking that turns observations into continuous improvement.
Thoughtfully designed to maximize interaction and engagement, this experience emphasizes collaboration, practice, and application—ensuring participants leave aligned, energized, and prepared to lead with consistency and clarity across their organizations.
