Grounded in the 9 Pillars of Leadership Excellence, this highly interactive experience is designed to support leadership teams learning together for maximum impact, while ensuring individual leaders leave with shared language, aligned practices, and clear routines they can apply immediately.

This one-day regional workshop brings leaders and teams together for a collaborative, hands-on learning experience facilitated by Studer Education Leader Coaches. The day blends brief periods of focused instruction with extensive peer dialogue, teamwork time, and real-world application, creating meaningful opportunities for leaders to learn, reflect, and plan together.

Participants will engage in a series of highly interactive mini-masterclasses designed to encourage discussion, reflection, and shared problem-solving with peers facing similar challenges. Leaders will learn alongside colleagues from across the region while exploring how daily leadership behaviors shape culture, performance, and outcomes. Thoughtfully designed to maximize interaction and engagement, the workshop emphasizes collaboration, practice, and application—ensuring participants leave aligned, energized, and prepared to lead with consistency and clarity across their organizations.

Individual Registration Fee: $299.00 per person
Team Registration Fee: Four (4) people for $897.00
