The best way to move forward is to do more of what gets positive results and to identify what’s not working. Improvement happens when we identify areas of success and opportunity and make necessary adjustments. After reflecting on our team or organization’s successes and opportunities, it can be useful to look outside of the organization or industry for inspiration.

Innovation is often hiding all around us, however we often overlook opportunities to innovate because we are thinking too big. Innovation is more than just a light bulb moment, it is something we can all do in our organizations. The best innovation comes when we study results and invest in relationship building.
