We are changing up the format for our latest Roundtable Series to give you more opportunities to learn from in-the-field experts facing the same challenges as you. These 45–60-minute roundtables include an opening session featuring a school district leader alongside their Studer Education Leader Coach. The host will talk about a tactical approach that has been key to current success and what’s coming in the next year to advance their schools and students. Each roundtable includes a Q&A session with the leader and their coach. This session will feature district leaders from Lac du Flambeau Public School in Wisconsin. You’ll also have the opportunity to assess and advance your organization’s achievements using the groundbreaking Studer Education maturity model.
In this roundtable, you’ll learn how to: • Center decision-making in local culture, rather than considering students’ home cultures as an afterthought • Authentically engage in partnership across cultures to create a safe and productive school environment for all • Access the knowledge and wisdom of local cultures to close gaps and bridge historical divisions • Assess and advance your organization’s achievements using a groundbreaking Studer Education model
