Inside the 90-Day Engagement
The Leadership Engagement Program combines Studer Education coaching support and the K12 Rounding platform into one focused 90-day engagement. Over eight structured sessions, your leaders move through one complete engagement cycle, including:

What Your Enrollment Includes
Every district that enrolls in the Leadership Engagement Program receives four components designed to work together: dedicated coaching, hands-on platform access, the 9 Pillars Desk Reference Guide, and ongoing access to the Studer Online learning library.
The coaching teaches the rounding discipline through eight structured sessions. The platform captures conversations, surfaces themes, and tracks recognition. The reference guides give leaders something to return to, and Studer Online keeps the learning going after the 90 days close.

Eight 45-minute virtual sessions led by a dedicated Studer Education coach. Each session is anchored to a specific leadership tactic and paired with a between-session action that moves learning into practice.
