You will explore the Plus/Delta tactic, a formative assessment process that allows feedback on an event or experience and collects ideas for future improvements. We will also walk through how to seamlessly translate this feedback into a structured 3-2-1 Summary, identifying themes to celebrate, opportunities to improve, and precise action steps to take.
